Privacy Notice.
This notice explains how Sauna on Wheels uses the information you provide when reserving a private sauna experience.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, selected date and time, package and add-ons, booking notes, payment status, and a record that you accepted this notice. Stripe securely collects and processes payment details; Sauna on Wheels does not receive or store your complete card number.
How we use it
We use this information to hold your selected time, create and monitor checkout, process and confirm payment, deliver and operate the booked service, contact you about access or schedule details, and follow up about an incomplete booking. We also use it to prevent duplicate bookings, maintain business records, and respond to support, safety, or legal requests.
Service providers
Information may be processed by service providers necessary to complete the booking, including Stripe for payment, our website hosting and database providers, Zoho for transactional email notifications, and Apple iCloud Calendar when calendar synchronization is enabled. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Retention and disclosure
We keep booking information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, safety, and legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the public, or our business.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your booking, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions. California residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law. Contact us to make a request.
Booking terms
Your selected date is temporarily held while checkout is open and is confirmed only after successful payment. You agree to provide accurate contact and service-location information. Delivery and setup require safe, lawful access and suitable space. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellations; any refund or rescheduling decision is based on the circumstances and any written policy presented with your booking.
